Rolf has over twenty years in the marine parts industry starting with commercial fishing boats in Narragansett, RI moving to pleasure boats power and sail in Newport, RI.
Relocating to Wilmington NC in 2015 to live closer to family he continued his career in the pleasure boat industry. In his free time, he enjoys checking out the great restaurants Wilmington has to offer, being out on the water with his daughter and son-in-law, and days on the beach walking his grand golden Parker .
Will grew up in southern New Jersey, where annual family trips down to the NJ coastline started his tie to the ocean. After graduating from high school, he enlisted into the US Marine Corps and served for five years before leaving the military. He completed two combat deployments and multiple exercises in the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia. While there, he continued his hobbies of diving and fishing.
After leaving the military he attended UNCW, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography. Throughout his time there he restored a handful of boats and became heavily involved in inshore and offshore fishing. Since graduating, he has worked in the marine industry in southeastern NC and is now continuing that career at YachtSource. When not at home with his three dogs or working, he can be found doing the other three activities that keep him local to Wilmington; fishing, surfing, or hunting.
Logan grew up in Wilmington where he spent his childhood enjoying the beach. After high school, he stayed in Wilmington to attend UNCW, and graduated with a BS in Physics, and a concentration in Physical Oceanography. Logan got started in the canvas business after college, where he began making a transition from the old school manual pattering methods to complete digital patterning. When he is not working, he loves to travel and stay active surfing, biking, and running.
Eric was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he developed a passion for the water and all things boating. Eric attended Awlgrip school in Florida, where he learned to use state of the art application equipment and professional application of Awlgrip products. He also perfected the art of achieving the finest finish in his work.
In the fall of 2018, Eric moved to Wilmington, and met his fiancé, Steph. He attended the Boat Maintenance and Manufacturing program at Cape Fear in 2019. Through this program, he learned modern fiberglass construction techniques, that have shaped him to be the expert at YachtSource for fiberglass and gel coat repair.
Shane is our Yamaha certified technician here at Yacht Source. He spent most of his younger years living in Missouri & Tallahasse. In 1997 he studied Marine Mechanics in Daytona, Florida. He has worked in the marine mechanics industry in Tallahasse, Apalachicola and Oahu. Most notably, Shane spent the last 14 years in Cape Coral, Florida, before moving to Wilmington, N.C.
In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and fly fishing. Shane is happy to assist you with your marine maintenance needs.
Brad grew up living all over the east coast, but spent the most time in Washington, D.C. He got started working on boats by learning to scuba dive at East Carolina University. While at ECU, he also earned a degree in construction management. Out of college Brad started off as a project engineer, doing underground construction in Washington, D.C..
He moved to Key West, where his maritime career took off. He became a SCUBA instructor, first mate, and repair tech for SCUBA equipment and high pressure compressors. Not to mention, he was also working as a part time EMT and professor at Florida Keys Community College, teaching SCUBA equipment repair and maintenance.
After four years in Florida, Brad worked as a superintendent, for large commercial construction projects for many years. Three years ago, he found his way back into marine technology, where he joined Yacht Source and obtained his 50 ton USCG Captain’s License.
Brad was recently married to his wonderful wife, Ellie. In his free time he loves to scuba dive off the coast of Wrightsville Beach, fish, run, and play with his two dogs, Hank & Charlie.
